The Cuppone pizza presses are manufactured from the highest quality components.
A range of 5 models are available offering production of pizza bases up to 500 mm diameter.
All models have a high production rate with the capability of producing up to 400 pizzas per hour without the need for skilled labour. The presses maintain perfect uniformity in the shape and thickness of the pizza bases. The thickness of the base can be easily adjusted as required. Using the action of the electrical plates, a solid thin layer of starch gel is formed on the external part of the dough mixture. The starch layer holds back the gas produced in the natural fermentation of the dough and so produces perfect evens cooking. The presses are constructed in stainless steel and come complete with all safety devices required for international legislation.
