Wet Fish Cabinets
Leading refrigeration manufacturer Foster Refrigerator has added Wine and Fish temperature options to its popular 600 litre Gastro Pro cabinet range. The addition of these temperatures to the range will now enable caterers to keep expensive product in optimum condition.
The new Fish model keeps contents at -1°/+1°C and has a cooling system which is specially designed to prevent the surface of the fish from drying. It holds seven fish boxes, with a maximum load of 198kg (32st).
These new cabinets feature all the reliability, hygiene and environment benefits caterers have come to expect from Foster, making them the choice of the professional foodservice caterer.
