Delivery

You may select from 3 delivery methods

Free Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days days and is available for orders over £200

Standard Delivery which normally takes 2-3 working days, or

Priority Delivery which means that provided your order is received by us no later than noon on a working day, your goods will be despatched the same day for delivery the next day, provided we have the item(s) in stock.

If your order is received after noon, or on a non-working day, your order will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day. Working Days include Monday to Friday only and exclude UK Bank Holidays.

You can also request a freight quote if you think your order need special arrangements.

The delivery cost will be clearly shown in your shopping basket before you confirm your order.

 

Unox Warranty

Unox Limited Warranty - Two Years Parts & Labour

Unox Limited Warranty:

This Unox Warranty applies to all Unox equipment that has been unaltered, properly installed and maintained in accordance with national and local codes and in accordance with the Unox installation manuals.

Unox Products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (2) two years from the date of original installation. Subject to regular service and maintenance. Parts wear is not considered a defect. This warranty does not apply to equipment damaged, altered or abused accidentally or intentionally modified by unqualified service personnel or with missing or altered serial nameplates.

Unox agrees to repair or replace defective parts (with normal shipping charges) due to flaws in material or workmanship during the warranty period. Labour to repair or replace defective parts shall be warranted when performed by an authorised Unox Service Agency. Holiday or overtime labour charges are not covered.
